Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to deliver plan-education presentations and education programs to sponsors and employees. The role emphasizes enrollment, financial literacy, and ongoing plan participation initiatives.

The role involves travel up to 50% of the time, working with Relationship Managers, and contributing to annual plan reviews. A strong background in financial services, licenses, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Series 7 and Series 66 preferred; appropriate state licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video, to improve awareness of plan features and assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate about plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
