Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees in retirement savings programs. The role includes incentive bonus opportunities based on plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings.

You will conduct presentations, participate in benefit fairs, and support education campaigns to boost participation. A Series 7/66 license and state licenses are preferred, with bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable
• Must have excellent presentation skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and to grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
