Job summary

Corebridge Financial invites applications for a Retirement Plan Consultant to guide plan sponsors and employees through retirement savings options. This role emphasizes objective guidance aligned with client needs and features an incentive bonus.

You will deliver presentations, participate in benefits fairs, support annual plan reviews, travel as required, and work with Relationship Managers to boost participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 preferred and state licenses required.
• CFP/ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan reviews and education planning.
• Support targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
• Travel may be required based on territory.
