Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees. The role includes presentations, benefits education, and aiding plan reviews. Travel across territory may be required.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and licenses such as Series 7/66 with state insurance credentials. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred; state insurance licenses required.
• CFP or ChFC designations desirable; strong presentation skills essential.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group plan presentations to raise awareness and participation.
• Assist with benefit fairs, new employee orientations, and education campaigns.
• Support plan reviews and financial education planning for sponsors and employees.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation and deferral opportunities.
• Travel up to 25% across the territory as needed.
