Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to present plan features to sponsors and participants, conduct education meetings, and support enrollment campaigns. You will join a team focused on helping healthcare, education, and not-for-profit clients plan for retirement with comprehensive tools and a broad distribution network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Series 7/66 licenses required or preferred; state insurance licenses may be required
• CFP/ChFC or similar designations desirable
• Excellent presentation skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations
• Assist with annual plan reviews and financial education planning
• Support targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates
• Meet with participants to educate about plan participation; travel may be required for new enrollments
