Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to educate plan sponsors and employees about features, enrollment, and best practices for retirement savings. You will present at meetings, participate in benefit fairs, and support education campaigns to boost participation and deferral rates.

Ideal candidates hold Series 7/66 and insurance licenses; CFP/ChFC is a plus, with strong presentation skills and bilingual Spanish/English abilities.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Strong presentation skills and bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present plan features in individual or group meetings.
• Attend benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Support annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Assist education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
• Travel within territory for new plan enrollments.
