Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Follow plan document rules for beneficiary determinations and account splits per QDRO.
• Accurately execute QDRO splits and calculations.
• Process Required Minimum Distributions for participants and beneficiaries.
• Collaborate with internal partners and other departments to ensure daily client deliverables.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to team initiatives.
