Charles Schwab is seeking an ERISA Compliance professional to perform complex retirement plan testing and reporting for nationwide plans. You will coordinate with ERISA Consulting and clients, prepare Form 5500 filings, and ensure timely deliveries while guiding junior staff.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and leadership in a dynamic team within Schwab Retirement Plan Services in Omaha, with on-site expectations and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in qualified retirement plan industry with ERISA testing experience.
• Thorough knowledge of IRS & DOL Code and Regulations and complex testing.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and Excel skills.
• Project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, Coverage and nondiscrimination testing within deadlines.
• Serve as liaison with ERISA Consulting, clients, and Relationship Management.
• Assist allocations of employer contributions and specialized testing.
• Collaborate with teams to support client issues and external auditors.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and perform peer reviews.
• Take on additional project leadership responsibilities.
