Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Client Service Manager to support premier client relationships within Schwab Trust Bank. You’ll be the primary client contact, coordinating across internal teams to ensure service excellence for independent recordkeepers and third-party administrators in retirement accounts.

The role emphasizes proactive service, product introductions, education, and problem resolution to drive client retention and growth. Hybrid work options are available in Austin, TX area.

Qualifications

• Experience with qualified retirement plans or retirement trusteeship/recordkeeping.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to educate clients.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for assigned premier level independent recordkeepers and third-party administrators.
• Provide professional communication and advocate for clients internally across lines of business.
• Introduce new products and services and recommend service enhancements.
• Educate clients through knowledge sharing and efficiency training to promote retention and growth.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver timely, accurate information on inquiries and issues.
• Meet or exceed service level standards and manage multiple tasks with high quality.
