Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a growth marketer to connect national marketing capabilities with advisor growth across the West and Central regions. You will tailor campaigns, enable wealth advisors, and drive AI-enabled solutions to improve prospecting, referrals, and client engagement.

You will partner with field leaders to adapt programs, monitor results, and scale successful practices while maintaining compliance and data integrity across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in field marketing, growth marketing, or revenue operations.
• Experience in the wealth management industry and advisor-led growth.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns with measurement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted growth marketing consultant to wealth advisors and translate national programs into local action.
• Partner with advisors to build growth plans and drive adoption of campaigns, tools, content, and enablement resources.
• Adapt national campaigns for local-market relevance and create local activations where needed.
• Help advisors incorporate AI-enabled tools into prospecting practices while ensuring responsible use and compliance.
• Use CRM data and performance indicators to monitor campaign participation and outcomes.
• Support Workplace to Wealth program execution and CRM requirements to improve lead progression.
• Enable advisor referral strategies and warm introductions across markets.
• Advise on event strategy for seminars, webinars, sponsorships, and client appreciation programs.
