Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Member Services Representative for our Retiree Healthcare Call Center in California. The role focuses on guiding retirees and dependents through benefits, eligibility, enrollment, and coverage options with a strong emphasis on exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service or call center experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask across multiple software systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
• Experience handling high-volume inbound calls in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from members and dependents regarding retiree healthcare benefits and programs.
• Assist with inquiries related to medical, dental, vision, and Medicare healthcare plans.
• Explain benefit eligibility, enrollment processes, and premium information.
• Respond to Medicare questions and assist with Part B verification and enrollment inquiries.
• Document all member interactions in internal systems.
• Research and resolve member concerns while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Navigate multiple applications and databases while assisting callers.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Support additional retiree healthcare service functions and projects as assigned.
