Qualifications

• Minimum three years of senior management experience
• Minimum five years of experience in a medical clinic
• Knowledge of medical office management and procedures
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and relevant laws

Responsibilities

• Oversee retina clinic operations and research activities
• Manage medication cold chain, equipment maintenance, and supply purchases
• Coordinate with billing and providers to ensure correct documentation and billing
• Lead staff meetings and provide ongoing feedback and development
• Plan and implement goals, policies, and priorities for clinic projects
• Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee facility maintenance
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance of patient information
• Provide safe, compliant, and patient‑centered care environments
