Vance Thompson Vision in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a Retina Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, support ophthalmologists, and uphold the highest standards of patient care. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related experience.
• Certified Ophthalmic Assistant or Technician required.
• Previous management experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day retina clinic operations.
• Assist ophthalmologists in clinic, surgery, and research per clinic policies.
• Manage staffing: hiring, orientation, evaluations, coaching, and training.
• Serve as liaison among physicians, management, and staff; conduct regular team meetings.
• Monitor hours and utilization to optimize clinic flow.
