Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Georgia is seeking a Training Coordinator to monitor probationary employees during training and conduct job previews for hourly applicants. Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and comprehend English.
• Two or more languages preferred.
• Ability to engage employees and communicate job tasks clearly.
• Basic computer and math literacy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review probationary employees during training and identify development needs.
• Assist line leaders and supervisors to solve training problems individually or in groups.
• Schedule job previews for hourly applicants with HR; explain job facets and requirements.
• Instruct on exercise activities to build strength and endurance in the first days.
• Promote employee recognition across the production department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
