Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of call center sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Learn and apply billing, account management, and order entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to resolve concerns and support account maintenance.
• Present Spectrum’s portfolio with emphasis on Spectrum Mobile to address needs.
• Identify upsell opportunities and provide consultative solutions.
• Process transactions accurately within billing and order management systems.
