Job summary

Live it Up is seeking a Director of Retention to own the health of our subscriber base and drive long-term value. You will analyze cohort data, model LTV, and report insights while leading retention programs across onboarding, post-purchase, and win-back moments.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and brand teams to maximize churn reduction and loyalty, in a fast-paced DTC environment. You will lead with data, build scalable retention systems, and leverage AI-driven automation to move strategy

Qualifications

• 8+ years in retention, growth, analytics, or subscription strategy.
• Scaled a DTC brand with measurable gains in LTV and churn.
• Proficient in cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and A/B testing.
• Experience with Klaviyo and Recharge is a plus.
• Strong data fluency and ability to pull insights from raw data.

Responsibilities

• Own the health of the subscriber base and identify leakage points.
• Translate numbers into actionable recommendations for day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy.
• Architect and optimize the subscription experience including onboarding and win-back moments.
• Partner with product to translate improvements into retention strategies.
• Design and launch a loyalty/referral program to drive engagement.
• Develop cross-sell strategies across the portfolio and use AI-native methods.
