Alpha Lion is seeking a Director of Retention to own the retention engine end‑to‑end, deeply understanding customers and translating insights into growth levers across the post‑purchase journey. This hands‑on role requires building systems and a high‑impact team to drive retention, LTV, and revenue.

You will manage a world‑class subscription and loyalty experience, interface with Brand, Growth, Product, and CX, and own lifecycle strategy across Email, SMS, and Push.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10+ years in Retention, Lifecycle/CRM, or Subscription growth within DTC e‑commerce, including senior/leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing a large subscription base and driving revenue through retention.

Responsabilités

• Own retention calendar and end‑to‑end initiatives (offers, LTOs, cross‑sell, reactivation) with Brand and Growth.
• Lead lifecycle/CRM efforts (Email, SMS, Push) with segmentation and automated journeys.
• Build a customer intelligence engine using behavioral data, cohorts, NPS, reviews, and zero‑party data.
• Develop and scale a high‑performing retention team with clear KPIs and cadences.
