Alpha Lion is seeking a Director of Retention to own the retention engine end-to-end. You will deeply understand customers, their goals, behaviors, and why they stay or leave, translating insight into competitive advantage across post-purchase journeys.

This hands-on role blends strategy with implementation: manage lifecycle programs (Email, SMS, Push), optimize churn, LTV, and reactivation; partner with Brand, Growth, Product, and Operations to scale a world-class subscription and loyalty

Qualificações

• 7–10+ years in retention, lifecycle/CRM, or subscription growth within DTC e-commerce.
• Proven track record managing a subscription book of 25,000+ active subscribers or equivalent.
• Demonstrable retention impact with $25M+ in retention-driven revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Own the retention calendar end-to-end with offers, LTOs, launches and reactivation.
• Oversee subscription performance: take rate, churn, LTV, and contribution margin.
• Build/scale subscription and loyalty experiences from onboarding to offboarding.
• Lead lifecycle and CRM end-to-end: email, SMS, push, testing across messaging and timing.
• Develop a customer intelligence engine from behavioral data, cohorts, and NPS.
• Build a lean, high-performing retention team with clear KPIs and cadences.
