Darkroom Studios, LLC is seeking a highly analytical, commercially-minded Director to build a full-scope retention program for a fast-growing consumer tech company. You will lead lifecycle marketing experts to grow subscribers, activate engagement, and maximize long-term value.

You will design from the ground up, manage a 20,000+ list scaling rapidly after a major acquisition, and oversee automation across welcome series, activation, loyalty, and repeat purchase.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in digital, growth, or lifecycle marketing.
• Owned revenue or subscriber targets and built forecast behind it.
• Scaled lifecycle program during rapid list growth.
• Experience with enterprise ESPs Braze, SFMC, Iterable or Customer.io.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as senior point of contact for your client, meeting weekly to review performance and shape initiatives.
• Own the retention revenue forecast and defend it.
• Set segmentation and lifecycle strategy and prioritize the roadmap of flows, campaigns, and tests.
• Own subscription activation and retention: onboarding journeys, loyalty, and win-back programming.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally with Performance Marketing and Strategy teams.
