Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls, emails and live chats from customers.
• Assist customers with order entry and order status inquiries.
• Identify trends in customer calls and alert supervisors.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and special projects.
• Build rapport with customers in a courteous, professional manner.
