Job summary

Camping World in Englewood, CO is seeking upbeat Customer Service Representatives to be true partners in helping grow our company. You will handle orders by phone, email, or chat and provide exceptional support to customers with questions or concerns.

The role requires 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center preferred, strong communication, and basic computer skills. You’ll work 7:00am–6:00pm, including weekends and holidays, with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required or 1–2 years related experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; able to communicate at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Answer interactions via phone, email and live chat and respond to customer requests.
• Assist customers with order entry and order status inquiries.
• Recognize trends in customer calls and alert supervisors.
• Provide product information and support across marine, watersports, hunting, camping and fishing lines.

At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated.
