Sparklight, a Cable One brand, seeks a Customer Care and Sales Advisor I to assist customers with billing questions, scheduling service, and product changes. You will listen empathetically, build trust, and align customers with the right services while protecting relationships.

As you grow, you will resolve more complex issues, retain customers considering disconnecting, and upsell compatible products. This role blends service and sales to support company goals.

• Input orders accurately and meet sales activity targets.
• Follow approved scripts and participate in special projects as needed.
