• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or ticketing systems with personalized communication.
• Learn and apply retention sales and customer care concepts and procedures.
• Assist with billing questions, scheduling service, and guiding product changes.
• Handle disconnect requests and provide information on billing/pricing.
• Input orders accurately and meet weekly/monthly sales activity goals.
