Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Oversee stocking and staffing for unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone and communicate company directives for follow-up.
