Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Dover, OH is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor, drive merchandising, pricing, and stock readiness, and ensure an exceptional associate and customer experience. You will lead a team in executing store standards, with a focus on efficiency and teamwork.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing for effective unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone and ensure follow-up on company directives.
• Perform Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
