Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader in Ohio. You will guide a zone of the sales floor, focus on merchandising, customer service, and associate development to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities include executing merchandising procedures, scheduling staff, and maintaining store standards. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising procedures for the assigned zone, including signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandising planning/receiving and ensure the sales floor is properly stocked.
• Schedule staffing for unloading/processing and drive associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
