Job summary

Ollie’s Dover store in Ohio is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide the sales floor zone, focusing on merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, and delivering an exceptional customer and associate experience. You will supervise a zone team, schedule staffing, open/close duties, and ensure store standards, inventory processes, and company programs are followed.

A high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer are preferred;

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and proper stock on the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff for effective unload/processing of merchandise and drive associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone and ensure follow-up on company directives.
• Perform Team Leader opening/closing duties and additional responsibilities as assigned.
