Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Athens, OH, is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone on the retail floor, oversee merchandising and customer service, and drive associate productivity. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and ensure standards are met to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

The role requires supervisory experience in retail, a high school diploma, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Schedule and staff for unload/processing and ensure proper stocking of the sales floor.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone and execute opening/closing duties and other responsibilities.
