Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Clarksville, IN is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a sales floor zone, oversee merchandising, pricing, and customer service, and ensure an exceptional associate and shopper experience.

You will schedule staff, manage daily tasks, and supervise teammates while opening and closing duties as needed. The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs.
• Oversee merchandise planning/receiving and stocking of the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff to unload/processing of merchandise and drive associate productivity.
• Supervise associates within the zone and communicate company directives to ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader opening/closing duties and other tasks as assigned.
