Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning and receiving to keep the sales floor stocked.
• Schedule and staff for unloading/processing of merchandise and drive associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the zone and communicate directives for follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store as needed.
