Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor, drive merchandising, and deliver an exceptional associate and customer experience. You will oversee merchandising, signage, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery while ensuring store standards.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned zone including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning and receiving; keep the sales floor stocked and ready for customers.
• Schedule and staff for unload/processing of merchandise and drive associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise zone associates, communicate directives, and ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and handle additional responsibilities.
