Job summary

Ollie’s Erie store is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a sales floor zone, drive merchandising, and deliver an exceptional associate and customer experience.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily operations, ensure standards, and lead a team to open/close the store when needed. The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandising planning, receiving, and proper stocking of the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff for unloading/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving productivity and customer service.
• Supervise associates within the zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up.
