Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide the zone of the sales floor, focusing on merchandising and delivering an exceptional associate and customer experience. You will oversee staffing, training, and daily zone operations to ensure standards are met.

The role emphasizes merchandising execution, signage, displays, inventory management, and customer service leadership within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience supervising a team in a mid- to large-size retailer is preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising procedures for the assigned zone, including signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, and seasonal planning meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and proper stocking of the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff for unload/processing to support productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates, communicate directives, and ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and take on additional responsibilities.
