Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a store zone’s merchandising, staff, and customer experience. You will supervise a team, manage displays and inventory, and ensure superior service on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include scheduling, adherence to standards, and collaboration with teammates to maintain an engaging shopping environment. This full-time role supports evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience at a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and teamwork with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct a zone of the sales floor, focusing on merchandising and customer service.
• Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, compliance, seasonal planning and inventory processes meet expectations.
• Manage stocking and receiving to keep the sales floor properly stocked and organized.
• Plan staffing to support unloading, processing, and productivity while maintaining service.
• Open/close the store as needed and perform additional responsibilities.
