Ollies Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Zone Team Leader to guide a store zone, oversee merchandising, and ensure an exceptional associate and customer experience. You will lead a team focused on displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery to uphold store standards.

The role requires supervising a team, organizing schedules, and aligning with company programs while opening/closing duties as needed. A team player with a proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee stocking and staffing for efficient unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the zone, communicate directives, and perform Team Leader functions to open/close the store when needed.
