Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide merchandising and customer experience within a store zone. You will oversee a team, ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are appealing, and standards are met across the zone.

You will schedule staff, train associates, and execute procedures to deliver value to customers while maintaining operational excellence and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising procedures for the assigned zone, including signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Schedule staffing to optimize unload/processing and drive productivity and service.
• Supervise associates, communicate directives, and ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and handle other responsibilities.
