Job summary

Talbots is seeking a Store Operations Specialist - Workforce Management to optimize labor planning, forecasting, and reporting across our retail fleet. You will serve as the primary analytics partner for Store Operations leadership, delivering executive-level updates and actionable insights.

This on-site role partners with Finance, HR, and Field Leadership to align labor plans with payroll targets and service standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in workforce management, labor analytics, or store operations analysis.
• Experience supporting multi-unit retail operations preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize data into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Forecast labor across Retail and Outlet stores; optimize scheduling and payroll spend.
• Prepare SBP materials and executive-level reporting for Store Operations leadership.
• Develop and maintain Dayforce-based reporting and analytics; support system enhancements.
