Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to support planning, analysis, and execution of workforce initiatives across the organization. This role partners cross-functionally with corporate and field teams to optimize labor strategies, improve processes, and support project rollouts.

You will develop labor models, forecast staffing, analyze performance, and lead cross-functional improvement efforts to keep stores efficient and consistent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in workforce management, labor planning, retail operations, or related field.
  • Experience with workforce management and scheduling platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain labor models, staffing guides, forecasting tools, and workforce planning resources for store operations.
  • Analyze labor performance, productivity, sales trends, and workforce metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Partner with field leadership to optimize staffing levels, scheduling practices, and utilization.
  • Evaluate retail processes including labor management, service execution, inventory flow, and merchandising for inefficiencies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to simplify operations, reduce workload friction, and standardize store performance.
  • Pilot process changes with field leadership, measure results, and support rollouts.
  • Manage end-to-end projects with timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Serve as a cross-functional partner between Operations, HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Field Leadership.
