Responsibilities

• Support workforce management system configurations and collaborate with vendors on enhancements and upgrades.
• Analyze forecast results, actual performance, staffing levels and real-time adherence to optimize scheduling and intraday adjustments.
• Develop reports and present data-driven findings and recommendations to senior and regional leadership.
• Partner with operations teams to refine workforce management processes and assess staffing impacts.
