Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Workforce Strategy Manager to drive data-backed labor strategies across our retail operations. The role analyzes store performance and workforce practices, then partners with field leadership, Finance, and other teams to develop effective labor strategies.

The position requires collaboration, budgeting/forecasting expertise, and strong problem-solving skills, with travel as needed to support field partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat.
• Retail or frontline experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce strategies that improve productivity and store profitability.
• Evaluate store census, organizational charts, payroll budgets, and productivity performance.
• Communicate workforce strategy and payroll results to field and business partners.
• Analyze trends and translate insights into operational strategies and action plans.
• Oversee commission and bonus calculations, payouts, and reporting.
• Support change management, project implementation, KPI initiatives, and workforce analysis.
