TCC Wireless LLC in New Haven, CT is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative to join our T-Mobile Premium Retailer team. You will be the link between customers and the T-Mobile brand, delivering friendly, high-energy service and helping customers choose phones and plans.

You will drive monthly revenue through new accounts, maintain relationships, handle activations, bill payments, and upgrades, while ensuring store appearance and compliance with policies.

Qualifikationen

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers in-store, answer phones, and assess customer needs.
• Drive monthly revenue through acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and employees across channels.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and store operations in line with standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store appearance.
