Job summary

TCC Wireless LLC in Derby, CT is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join their T-Mobile Premium Retailer team. This full-time role features base pay plus commissions and a fast-paced, high-energy store environment.

You will greet customers, drive revenue through new and existing accounts, build relationships with customers and colleagues, handle opening/closing duties and cash handling, and ensure the store maintains its professional appearance and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the stores, answer phones and assess needs.
• Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers across channels.
• Assist with opening, closing and operating the store, including cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and back room in line with standards.
• Support activations, bill payments, changes and upgrades for customers.
• Achieve assigned performance metrics.
