TCC Wireless is a T-Mobile Premium Retailer located in Wappingers Falls, NY. The Retail Sales Representative will be the connection between customers and the T-Mobile brand, delivering high-energy service and expert product knowledge.

You will greet customers, build relationships, and drive revenue through new accounts and upgrades, while maintaining store standards and meeting performance metrics. This full-time role requires flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing ones.
• Builds relationships with customers and team members across channels.
• Operates the retail facility including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits per policy.
