Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and assist with inquiries.
• Drive revenue by acquiring new customers and enhancing existing accounts; meet quality metrics.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues across the store.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling, inventory and deposits per standards.
