Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC is hiring a Retail Sales Representative at our BRISTOL, CT location. You will be the link between customers and the T-Mobile brand, delivering energetic, knowledgeable service and helping customers choose plans and devices.

You’ll work to meet monthly revenue goals, build lasting relationships, and maintain store standards while providing a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in-store, answering phones and assessing needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
• Builds relationships with customers and employees across the store and channels.
• Opens, closes, and operates the retail facility including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance and back room in line with standards.
• Supports activations, changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessory selling, and price plan upgrades.
• Achieves assigned performance metrics.

Education

High School Diploma or GED
