Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Warehouse Driver to support Washington, DC area stores and home game operations. This role emphasizes dependable execution of daily tasks, inventory control, and a focus on delivering an outstanding fan experience.

The driver will utilize OpSuite5.0 for inventory, POS systems for transactions, and CAYAN devices for payment processing, while coordinating with leadership on targets and priorities during game days and events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games and events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back-of-house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Operate retail systems: OpSuite5.0, POS, and CAYAN."
• Partner with Leadership on revenue targets, per cap and UPT.
• Work with Retail Associates to ensure exemplary fan experience.
