Job summary

IKEA Fishers, IN seeks a part-time warehouse associate to support order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and replenishment across sales channels in our retail store.

You will receive goods, move products, stock shelves, pick customer orders, operate scanner tools, and certify power equipment. Nights and weekends required; 12–20 hours per week; starting pay $19.96–$28.20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fulfillment of customer orders across sales channels.
• Receive inbound goods and maintain inventory accuracy at receiving.
• Move products to storage or floor; replenish shelves per guidance.
• Pick and prepare customer orders within timeframes.

What you’ll be doing day to day

Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.

• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

The hourly pay range for this role is $19.96 - $28.20

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment. Requirements
• Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying Occasionally (up to 50lbs)
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.96 USD to 28.2 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
