IKEA in Merriam, KS is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate to support receiving, stocking, and order picking. You will move goods, replenish shelves, and ensure inventory accuracy in a retail warehouse environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating scanners, and possibly certification in power equipment. Flexible hours include nights and weekends; benefits are limited for this part-time position.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying Occasionally (up to 50lbs)
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

JOB TYPE: Permanent –Part-Time (limited benefits)

HOURS: 12–19 hrs/week (PT) — limited openings for each

SHIFT: Retail Environment; must be able to work nights & weekends.

Department Hours of Operation: 5am-10pm

The pay range for this role is $19.96 to $25.45
