Job summary

IKEA is hiring for a warehouse role in Massachusetts. You will support order fulfillment across channels, receive and verify inventory, move products to selling locations, and perform replenishment with guidance from visual standards.

The role requires experience in high-volume warehouses, physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs, and forklift/equipment certification is preferred. Full-time; benefits and shift times vary.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
  • Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying Occasionally (up to 50lbs)
  • Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.
  • Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
  • Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
  • Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
  • Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
  • Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
  • Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
  • Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

Requirements

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Full-time

HOURS –34-40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled between 5AM to 9 PM

The hourly pay range for this role is $23.23-$32.82

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 23.23 USD to 32.82 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
