Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to support in-person customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation and advice, drawing on your expertise to tailor solutions for each client while expanding the local client base. The role emphasizes community presence, friendly customer service, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing to drive loyalty and growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and plan ahead.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in a retail environment.
